A free app for Bible study groups and small groups

Leading a Bible study group, cell group or discipleship group is a gift. Keeping up with everyone between meetings is the hard part. Prayer requests get lost in the group chat, a change of time is missed, and you hear that someone is struggling weeks later.

In the free Prayer War Room app, every group gets its own page, for up to 50 people, with everything a leader needs between meetings.

Pray together, every day

See who in the group has prayed today. Nudge one person, or tap Call them to pray and everyone who hasn’t prayed yet gets a notification.

Prayer requests that don’t get lost

Prayer points, good news and announcements stay in the group’s threads, where people can comment and pray. Pin an announcement and it goes to everyone’s phone.

A simple weekly accountability check-in

Choose what your group wants to grow in, like purity, prayer life, Bible reading or fellowship. Each week everyone scores themselves from 0 to 10, with a remark if they like. Everyone in the group sees the scores, so you can pray for each other. Leaders also see insights: how the group is doing over the weeks, and who might need a call.

Meetings, birthdays and one-on-ones

Plan a meeting, a Bible study or an outreach once, and everyone is told. Birthdays show up on their own. A one-on-one tells just that person.

Grow in the Word together

Members can share a journal entry, like a SOAP quiet time, with the group, while the rest of their journal stays private. Leaders can share study guides and materials, up to three files at a time.

Get the free app at warroom.hopebegins.today, on any phone or computer.
Open Circle, tap Groups, then Start a group, and give it a name.
Share the invite link. People new to the War Room make a free account from the link, and they’re in.
Add a co-lead.
